Heart Advice

Sometimes the most helpful instruction is the simplest—a reminder spoken directly to the heart.

Dharma can be profound and vast, but it is also simple. Heart advice is the voice of a teacher writing as if to one student, reminding us of what matters most. It is not a commentary or a philosophy. It is a letter: brief, direct, and meant to be taken to heart.

These short reflections are not meant to explain everything. They are meant to touch something in you—your diligence, your joy, your capacity to be present. Return to them when you feel distracted, discouraged, or simply in need of a reminder of why you practice.
